This afternoon I’ve been to see for myself the dire state of the Albion Building on Bath St, which is not only a risk to public safety, but also doing real damage to trade in our town centre.
As well as the new powers in the Government's Levelling-up & Regeneration Bill to tackle absent landlords, Erewash Borough Council need to use the significant powers they already have too secure the building & make it safe.
