Erewash MP Maggie Throup has welcomed the announcement by the Department for Transport that the £2 bus fare cap has again been extended to the end of October 2023.
Commenting on the announcement, Maggie said:
"This measure, which is part of the Government’s wide-ranging plan to help people with the Cost of Living, is fantastic news for Erewash residents, who will be able to get around for two pound over the summer."
