I was delighted to pop along to Chaucer Infants and Nursery School in Ilkeston and open their new sensory garden.
The new sensory garden will help stimulate outdoor learning, teach children about the five senses and give them a chance to explore plant cycles and study insects. I know that the children will absolutely love this new outdoor area.
A big thank you to all the teachers and students at Chaucer Infants and Nursery School for showing me around your wonderful school. I look forward to coming back soon and seeing how your sensory garden flourishes!
